Return Policy

For purchases made after May 18th, 2025:

All returns and size exchanges must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. The customer is responsible for a 15% restocking fee. A return request must be initiated with Customer Support before returning the product. Please contact support@katalyst.com to start a return request.

Returns must include all items originally shipped to you. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

For purchases made before May 18th, 2025:

As part of our company transition, we’re fulfilling all existing orders placed with the previous Katalyst company. However, we are not able to process returns or cancellations for those prior purchases.
