Update on back ordered suits
When MONT y MER Inc. acquired the assets of the previous Katalyst company, we promised to deliver suits to any customer who paid a deposit to the prior owners because it was the right thing to do. We are pleased to announce that as of today, all back-ordered Katalyst suits have shipped to customers that provided their sizing and address information.
There are a small number of orders that are still missing sizing and/or address information. Our team has made multiple attempts to contact those customers. If you believe you have paid for a suit but have not received a delivery or shipping confirmation, please reach out to support@katalyst.com with your order number so that we can ship out your order as soon as possible.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding during this first phase of our ownership while we resolved the supply chain and inventory issues. Our warehouse now has a significant inventory of Gen4 suits, and we will continue to increase our inventory throughout the year as we shift our focus to delivering updated content, new features, and value to Katalyst users like you.
