When we, Mont y Mer, acquired Katalyst Interactive’s assets, we pledged to be transparent as we addressed the significant backlog of orders we inherited from the previous Katalyst Interactive company, and we want to share another shipping update.
We just returned from productive meetings in Asia and Europe with the manufacturers and saw our first order of Gen4 Katalyst suits being made. That shipment is now on its way to our U.S. warehouse, with a second batch shipping at the end of this week. Those initial suits will begin shipping to customers in the next two weeks, in the sequence the orders were placed. We can't wait for you to get your suits and begin your Katalyst fitness journey.
As a reminder, when Mont y Mer acquired the assets of Katalyst Interactive in late July, we did not receive an inventory of Gen4 suits. We also discovered that despite Katalyst Interactive taking deposits from customers, no suits were ordered in 2025 by the previous company. While Mont y Mer did not receive any customer deposits for suits ordered before May 18, 2025, the first thing we did was order thousands of suits to honor all outstanding orders, because we know it's the right thing to do.
We understand these delays are frustrating, and we are working hard to get as many suits as possible in your hands before the end of 2025.
We love our original Katalyst suits and the workouts so much, and we know that you will love your Gen4 suits too.
