Happy New Year!
We’re pleased to share an important update regarding suit shipments. We received our first shipment of Katalyst suits late last week and we expect additional shipments in the coming weeks. This initial batch will be used to fulfill all outstanding orders and deposits placed with the previous company.
We began shipping orders last Friday and will continue shipping suits to fulfill orders in the order they were received. Our team remains on track to fulfill all backlogged orders by the end of February. Customers will receive an email with tracking information once their order is on the way.
As we prepare shipments, the Katalyst team will reach out via email to confirm delivery addresses, sizing details, and expected timing for orders.
We sincerely appreciate your patience over the past few months and look forward to getting suits in your hands very soon.
