Updates and current focus of the Katalyst team
The MONT y MER team would like to say thank you for the support over the past week since we went live. We are excited to be part of this community, and the positive and encouraging messages have been humbling and appreciated. Our goal is to provide regular updates and keep everyone within the community informed on our progress.
Our primary focus is to collaborate with our manufacturers to produce suits and fulfill all pending orders as quickly as possible. We will know the timing of suit availability soon and we will share those dates on our website and social platforms.
We are also building our team, which includes reestablishing our customer service operation. Our team is working through a long list of support tickets and is contacting those with pending orders. The list is long and we do not want to deflect your questions with AI, chatbots or outsourced help. We appreciate your patience as we work our way through the list.
We will be fulfilling be pending orders, but if you are still looking for an alternative to receiving your suit, you can file a claim with this link.
