Katalyst Shipping Update - October 2025

Thank you to everyone who has been waiting patiently for a Katalyst Gen4 suit as we have been working to deliver on orders that were made earlier this year.

Our team has been working closely with manufacturers to fulfill all orders for Gen4 suits placed before the transition, and we are pleased to share that suits are on the way. Here’s what’s happening:

  • We have ordered suits that will begin shipping in November.
  • We will ship orders in the order they were received, and you will receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
  • We expect that all suits pre-ordered before August will be delivered by the end of the year.  A few may drag into January, but we are really trying to avoid that.
  • Any suits ordered after August will begin shipping in January.

When my company, Mont y Mer, acquired the assets of the old company, Katalyst Interactive, in late July, we did not receive an inventory of Gen4 suits, and we have since discovered that despite taking deposits from customers, no suits were ordered in 2025 by the previous ownership.

We love the Katalyst system and did not want the suits to disappear, so we bought Katalyst Interactive’s assets from a creditor to save the product. The only assets that were transferred by the creditor to us were the brand, intellectual property, workouts, website, email domain, and social media handles. We did not receive any customer deposits for suits ordered before May 18, 2025. 

We understand those of you who ordered suits from the old Katalyst are frustrated with the delays and lack of communication. You paid money to a company that no longer exists for a suit you never received.

As owners of the Katalyst product now, we are determined to fix that. Although we have no relationship with the previous owners, we’re committed to doing what’s right by fulfilling all orders placed before the acquisition at our own expense.
