Can I update my shipping address or sizing after I order?

Yes! If your shipping address or sizing changes before your Suit ships, just contact us at support@katalyst.com. We’ll send out a confirmation request closer to your delivery date, so you’ll have a chance to make updates. Our goal is to make sure your Suit arrives at the right place and fits perfectly.

Do I need a membership to use Katalyst?

The Katalyst membership is essential because it empowers us to consistently enhance your customer experience with continuous improvements to the App experience. We do offer a free plan with limited features and workouts.

Can I pause my membership?

If you need to pause your membership, please reach out to support@katalyst.com and we would be happy to work with you.
