While the Katalyst system does require a membership for full access to the extensive library of guided workouts and personalized training programs, you can still use the Suit with a limited set of basic workouts after the initial term if you choose not to continue the subscription. These basic workouts can provide a foundational EMS training experience, but they may not offer the variety or progression available with a full membership.
The full membership includes a wide range of workouts led by world-class trainers, tailored intensity levels, and insights to help you achieve your fitness goals.
