Shipping Again - October 2025

We’re excited to share that as of last week, our warehouse is officially back up and running — and we’ve begun fulfilling outstanding Gen3 suit orders and replacement part requests.

When new ownership bought the Katalyst assets, we knew there would be a transition period, but we never imagined it would take over 80 days to fully unlock our order fulfillment operations. The process took longer than expected as we worked through system changes, warehouse setup, and inventory organization. We know this delay has been frustrating, and we’re deeply grateful for your patience and understanding during this time.

If you have an existing order, you’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your item ships. Our team is committed to open communication, improved service, and making sure every customer receives the product and support they’ve been waiting for.
