How does the Gen4 preorder work?
When you preorder Katalyst Gen4 Training System, you pay the full amount upfront. This reserves your place in line for one of the first production units. Your Suit will ship in September 2025, and you’ll receive regular email updates between now and delivery. Sizing details will be confirmed again prior to shipment to ensure the perfect fit.
When will I receive my Gen4 Suit?
All Katalyst Gen4 Training System preorders are scheduled to ship in September 2025. We’ll keep you informed at key milestones.
Can I update my shipping address or sizing after I preorder?
Yes! If your shipping address or sizing changes before your Suit ships, just contact us at support@katalyst.com. We’ll send out a confirmation request closer to your delivery date, so you’ll have a chance to make updates. Our goal is to make sure your Suit arrives at the right place and fits perfectly.
Is the 30-day return window still available for preorders?
Yes, the 30-day satisfaction guarantee still applies. The return window begins once you receive your Gen4 Suit—not when you place your preorder.
Do I need a membership to use Katalyst?
Yes. The Katalyst membership is essential because it empowers us to consistently enhance your customer experience with continuous improvements to the App experience.
When does my Katalyst membership activate?
Your Katalyst membership will activate on the date of fulfillment. However, we allow an extra 30 days from the fulfillment date to ensure ample time for shipping, delivery, and onboarding.
Can I pause my membership?
