Do I need a membership to use Katalyst?
Yes. The Katalyst membership is essential because it empowers us to consistently enhance your customer experience with continuous improvements to the App experience.
What is my commitment to the membership?
We offer memberships in 1-, 2- and 3-year increments. A monthly membership option is available after the initial term ends.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?

If I have more than one Katalyst Suit, do I need multiple memberships?
A membership is required for the initial use of your training system (see membership FAQ). One membership can be spread across multiple Impulse Packs, allowing up to four member profiles.
How many accounts can I create with one membership?
Memberships are tied to Impulse Packs. Each Impulse Pack has one membership “holder” for billing purposes and up to 4 user accounts.
Can I pause my membership?

Do you have the Suit in my size?
Fitness is personal, and we understand the importance of finding equipment that fits your uniqueness. Based on the measurements you provide us, we will select the proper Suit size for you. We offer a variety of different sizes, with each size designed with multiple adjustable straps. This guarantees a personalized fit that is custom specifically to you.
